Where we ship from
Orders are fulfilled from our United States, United Kingdom and European warehouses. At checkout you choose your region under “Ships From,” and your order is routed to the closest warehouse.
Processing time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
Delivery estimates
Delivery times vary by destination and are shown at checkout before you pay, along with any available shipping options for your country.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email. If tracking is available for your shipment, it will be included there.
Customs & duties
For most destinations there are no extra charges. In some countries, local import duties or taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
The course
The Paws in Harmony course is digital and delivered immediately after purchase — it isn’t affected by shipping times.
