Your EU right of withdrawal
If you are shopping from the European Union, you also have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason, in line with EU consumer law. You can use either this right or our 30-day guarantee — whichever is more generous to you.
Digital course
The Paws in Harmony course is digital content supplied immediately. By completing your purchase you agree to receive instant access, and you acknowledge that the 14-day withdrawal right does not apply to the digital course once access has been provided. Your physical diffuser kit remains fully returnable as described above.
Condition of returns
To be eligible, the diffuser should be returned in reasonable condition. For hygiene reasons, opened calming liquid cannot be resold, but this does not affect your statutory rights or our guarantee.
How refunds work
Once we receive your return (or agree a refund under our guarantee), we’ll process your refund to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
Return shipping
Where a return is due to a fault, wrong or damaged item, we cover return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping may be the customer’s responsibility — we’ll always confirm the simplest option by email.
